KidSpace is a non-profit that believes that joy is the start of everything! Kidspace was founded in 1979 by members of the Caltech community and Junior League of Pasadena as a space for families to engage with tactile, interdisciplinary experiences that bridge the arts, humanities, and sciences.
Free parking is available in Rose Bowl Lot I near the Jackie Robinson Baseball Field and the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center. Kidspace offers dining and snack options that will make your visit even more enjoyable. Bean Sprouts Café is located to the right of the Kaleidoscope entrance. You are also welcome to bring in your own food, however, please no glass containers. Food may be eaten in our Central Courtyard or in the park in front of Kidspace, but may not be taken into the store or exhibit spaces.
KidSpace hosts nearly 380,000 guests each year on a beautiful, 3.5-acre outdoor campus with more than 40 hands-on exhibits, a live animal collection, and a variety of creative play spaces and water features. Your students will love their adventures at KidSpace!
